Refund Policy

Under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, purchases made online may be cancelled within 7 days of the charge for a full refund, no reason required.

Monthly plans may include a 7-day free trial. Cancelling during the trial means no charge at all. Annual plans have no trial and are covered by the 7-day withdrawal right above.

Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable for the current period. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the paid period ends.

Refunds outside these rules may be granted at our discretion for prolonged technical failure attributable to us.
